When you have a loved one in the armed forces, red, white, and blue take on a meaning like never before. I am so joyful this weekend to have Jennifer home with us.
Words can’t express what it’s like to see your daughter march, head high, shoulders straight, body strong, and mind cleansed. My girl graduated United States Air Force Basic Military Training with honors on Wednesday, February 5th, 2010. The world is now hers for the taking. Airman Heit will begin technical training as an USAF Loadmaster.
Rain and cold didn’t matter. I was warm inside.
